Hey there! Just wanted to give you a quick update that unfortunately Sylvia Czerniak won't be able to teach the 7:30 Mobility and Mindfulness Class this Sunday, January 6th. She's feeling a bit under the weather 😢, but we hope she'll feel better soon. As a result, we'll have to cancel this class for the week. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
