General Questions
No, you don't need to buy any equipment until after your initial appointment with your trainer. Your trainer will advise you on what types of equipment to buy. Often, the trainer will lend you equipment to try out for the first few weeks. Examples of equipment you might use include physio balls, medicine balls, free weights, elastic tubing, and jump ropes. You only need a 10 x 10 area free of furniture and obstacles to train at home.
We accept the IRIS program, which is a Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waiver for self-directed long-term support. This program is for adults with long-term care needs. We also accept Medicaid, Medicare, Renew Active, One Pass Medicare & Medicaid, Aaptiv Advantage, One Pass Select (Commercial), Aaptiv Access, Silver&Fit®, and Active&Fit®. NPI available upon request.
