ABOUT FIT & FAITH FITNESS

We offer in-person and online personal training tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals - including nutrition coaching, small group exercise classes, and YogaFaith yoga classes. With over 8 years of experience, we are capable of analyzing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you achieve your goals! Most plans include exercise and healthy eating to ensure the best results. We understand that adapting to new fitness habits is difficult and can often times fail. Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes a part of your lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to achieve the life you've always dreamed of.

Fit & Faith Fitness analyzes your body type, BMI, & metabolism to create your individualized fitness plan. A healthy lifestyle is all about balance. You can still indulge every once in a while. Life is meant to be enjoyed!
