Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight (High Protein)

2 tbsp Chia seeds
cup Greek yogurt, plain nonfat
tbsp Cream cheese low fat
cup Vanilla almond milk
cup, unthawed Strawberries, frozen unsweetened
In a mixing bowl, whisk all ingredients until well combined. (Except for strawberries)
Mix half of the chopped strawberries (save the other half for the morning)
Cover the mixture or transfer it to a container with a lid and place it in the fridge overnight.
Top with remaining strawberries.
