Service Description
At Fit & Faith Fitness, we believe every child deserves to feel strong, capable, and confident in their growing body. Our Youth BodyMetrics Assessment uses the InBody 570 body composition analyzer to provide age-appropriate measurements when suitable for your child's age and individual needs. During this 15-minute appointment, our team will guide your child through the assessment, explain the available measurements, and answer questions in a positive, supportive environment. Our focus is on healthy development, strength, and overall wellness—not weight loss, appearance, or comparing children to others. AGE REQUIREMENTS & BOOKING INFORMATION • Age Eligibility: Ages 3 and up. For young children, please contact Fit & Faith Fitness before booking so we can confirm whether the InBody 570 assessment is appropriate. • Parent or Guardian: Must be present and provide consent. • Appointment: 15 minutes. • Price: $20 per assessment. • Membership: Not required. Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your BodyMetrics appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the appointment payment or applicable scan credit, subject to applicable law. Late arrival does not extend the appointment. Assessments are for fitness education, not medical diagnosis. Youth assessments require a parent or legal guardian present with consent and eligibility screening.
