Unlock your full athletic potential in our Forge Strength Training class, built exclusively for young female athletes. Under the guidance of a certified strength coach with over 10 years of experience, you’ll master the fundamentals of movement, proper form, and safe technique—creating a strong foundation for long-term success. This program is tailored for female athletes ages 14–18 who want to move better, get stronger, and gain confidence in any sport they play. Our focus is on technique first, weight second—ensuring that every athlete builds strength the right way, while reducing the risk of injury and increasing performance. Cancellation Policy
Please note the following policies regarding personal training sessions: 1. If a client fails to reschedule or cancel a session 24 hours in advance, they will forfeit the session and lose their financial investment for that session. 2. If a client arrives late, their session will still end at the scheduled time, unless they have made other arrangements with the trainer. 3. All personal training sessions must be completed within 30 days of the contract date. Any sessions not completed within this time period will be void. 4. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to relocation, illness, or unused sessions.
