Know your numbers. Track your progress. Your health and fitness journey is about more than the number on the scale. The Fit & Faith BodyMetrics Quick Check uses our InBody 570 body composition analyzer to measure skeletal muscle mass, body fat, body water, and other key metrics. During your 15-minute appointment, a Fit & Faith Fitness team member will guide you through your scan, explain your results, and help you understand what your numbers mean. Perfect for anyone who wants to establish a baseline, monitor progress, or better understand their body composition. No gym membership required. No sales pressure. Just meaningful measurements and professional guidance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your BodyMetrics appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the appointment payment or applicable scan credit, subject to applicable law. Late arrival does not extend the appointment. Assessments are for fitness education, not medical diagnosis. Youth assessments require a parent or legal guardian present with consent and eligibility screening.
