Service Description
Don't just collect numbers. Learn what to do with them. BodyMetrics Blueprint combines an InBody 570 body composition assessment with a personalized, one-on-one results consultation. During your 30-minute appointment, we'll review your skeletal muscle mass, body fat, body water, and body composition balance. When previous results are available, we'll also discuss changes over time. Your coach will help you identify practical next steps based on your goals, whether you're building strength, improving fitness, or tracking body composition changes. You'll leave with a clearer understanding of your results and actionable fitness recommendations. Open to members and nonmembers. No training package required. No sales pressure.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your BodyMetrics appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the appointment payment or applicable scan credit, subject to applicable law. Late arrival does not extend the appointment. Assessments are for fitness education, not medical diagnosis. Youth assessments require a parent or legal guardian present with consent and eligibility screening.
