About the event
Coach  Rob Kulpa and his family will provide  fun, simple and useful information to families with children of all ages and abilities. This event will be 2 parts, a  fun fitness part involving different safe and simple exercises for all ages and abilities, then a  nutrition  to do with your family demonstrating meal planning and making a simple, quick, and healthy snack.
