In this class, you will use your body weight and gravity to create exciting and challenging exercises. This class is perfect for those looking to tone muscle and advance balance and core strength—a great addition to controlling overall health and well-being. Warrior Workout- Trainer Sylvia Ages 12+ Get ready for a Warrior Workout like no other! During this intense exercise routine, we'll utilize various equipment such as row machines, assault bikes, resistance bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, and medicine balls, as well as perform mobility and calisthenics exercises to help you achieve your fitness goals. Let's get started! Mobility & Mindfulness- Trainer Sylvia Ages 12+ Mobility & Mindfulness is an active form that encourages you to embrace movement and focus on the sensations of your body in motion. By practicing mindfulness meditation in this way, you can improve your mobility, manage stress, lower your blood pressure, and enhance your overall well-being. Each movement can help elevate your emotional wellness and live a healthier, more balanced life

Upcoming Sessions

Cancellation Policy

Personal training sessions that are not rescheduled or canceled 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the session and a loss of the financial investment at the rate of one session. ​ 2. Clients arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time, unless other arrangements have been previously made with the trainer. ​ 3. The expiration policy requires completion of all personal training sessions within 90 days from the date of the contract. Personal training sessions are void after this time period. ​ 4. No personal training refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to relocation, illness, and unused sessions.
