What to Expect in a Cardio Kickboxing Class: Warm-Up: A series of stretches and light cardio exercises to prepare your body. Basic Techniques: Introduction to basic punches (jabs, hooks, uppercuts) and kicks (front kicks, roundhouse kicks). Combinations: Learning and practicing combinations of punches and kicks. Bag Work: Using punching bags or pads to practice techniques with resistance. Interval Training: High-intensity intervals of kickboxing moves mixed with short rest periods. Cool Down: Stretching and low-intensity movements to help muscles recover. Core Work: Exercises focused on strengthening the abdominal and back muscles. Partner Drills: Working with a partner to practice techniques and improve timing. Full-Body Workout: Engaging all major muscle groups for a comprehensive workout. Motivational Environment: High-energy music and an encouraging instructor to keep you motivated throughout the class.

Cancellation Policy

Please note the following policies regarding personal training sessions: 1. If a client fails to reschedule or cancel a session 24 hours in advance, they will forfeit the session and lose their financial investment for that session. 2. If a client arrives late, their session will still end at the scheduled time, unless they have made other arrangements with the trainer. 3. All personal training sessions must be completed within 30 days of the contract date. Any sessions not completed within this time period will be void. 4. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to relocation, illness, or unused sessions.
